Shipping cost depends on the category of product you purchase and your location. Large or bulky items cost up to $500 to ship if you opt for inside delivery and $400 for every additional large or bulky item. Freight is up to $400 and $300 for every additional large or bulky item. Products that can be shipped using ground services from UPS or FedEx are shipped for up to $30 and $20 for each additional product. Customers may receive lower delivery rates if located in New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut. Inside delivery for large or bulky items cost $150 and $125 for every additional large or bulky item. Freight delivery for large or bulky items cost $125 and $75 for every additional large or bulky item.*
*If you have stairs that require navigation this must be disclosed as it changes the cost to ship for inside delivery
When we refurbish equipment we inspect and test it, replace any defective parts, clean the device thoroughly, and provide a warranty.
For information on how returns are handled take a look at our return policy. It also has information on refunds. We do our best to make sure you are satisfied and that extends to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
We want to offer you the best price possible. If you have already purchased a product you can ask us to match the price within 30 days of purchase by sending an email to sales@quincemedical.com and a credit will be offered. If you haven’t purchased a product and find a lower price somewhere else tell us, so we can beat their price and offer you a discount. This is only for items where the price match guarantee is offered on the product page.
Inside delivery means that someone will deliver a device to the room of your choice.
Freight delivery means that someone will deliver a device to your location. They will not assist with delivering it inside to a room of your choice.
