Autoclave/Sterilizer Repair & Preventive Maintenance

Multi-brand support, one trusted team for your autoclave and sterilizer repair and maintenance.

We ensure your sterilization equipment remains compliant, efficient, and fully operational. We provide advanced diagnostic and repair services in addition to annual preventive maintenance for tabletop autoclaves and sterilizers.

Whether you are dealing with a cycle that fails to reach temperature, a door gasket that leaks steam, or an error code that halts your workflow, our factory-trained biomedical technicians get your equipment up and running to OEM standards so you can maintain the highest levels of infection control.

Our services include:

  • Diagnostic Service & Repair: We troubleshoot heating element failures, PCB board issues, sensor errors, and anything else that has your autoclave down to get your sterilizer running again without expensive delays.
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM): Comprehensive preventive maintenance includes cleaning, electrical safety testing, and optional maintenance kits including gaskets, filters, door springs, plungers, and more.
  • Validation & Calibration: Verifying pressure and temperature parameters to ensure your sterilization cycles meet CDC and manufacturer specifications.
