Our services are warrantied for 90 days. Warranties for parts vary depending on the part.

Service calls are flat rate and depend on the service location. Any additional labor or part expenses require your approval to provide transparency and to avoid surprise costs.

You will only be charged for the initial service call if we can't repair your medical equipment. If you decide to buy medical equipment from us the service call charge will be deducted from the invoice.
