Payments

Packaging

Bubble wrap, packing paper, and boxes are selected to fit the items securely. All freight items will be palletized, shrink-wrapped, and strapped for an additional cost. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please refuse the package/pallet so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Unless otherwise stated, all orders sent to a continental USA location will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated by zip code and is available at the top of the page.

• Freight quotes will be provided promptly upon request, or you can select local pickup and manage the transportation pickup and expense directly.
• Quince Medical offers palletization services upon request. Rates: $175 for standard pallets, $300 for non-standard, $350 for custom pallets. Crating requires additional costs.
• Allow at least one business day to process freight shipments.
• Small package shipments have a standard one business day handling time.

Shipping Internationally or Outside the Continental United States

Unless otherwise stated, all international small package orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.

• Dimensional weight limit for international small package shipping is 79″.
• No freight shipping internationally.
• Orders shipped outside the continental USA are subject to additional taxes, duties, and fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Local Pickup

Local pickup from Quince Medical is available Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Please contact us in advance to coordinate a local pickup. Buyer-provided order reference number(s) are required.

Return Policy
