At Quince Medical & Surgical we stand behind our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
Any item purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt for any shipments within the continental United States. Our goal is your satisfaction. Continue reading for more about our refund policy and eligibility.
Refunds will result in a 20% restocking fee excluding the cost of shipping which will not be refunded for new products. There is no restocking fee for refurbished or used products. The cost of shipping will not be refunded for refurbished or used products. The customer is responsible for shipping related costs associated with sending the item back for a refund. The refund will be processed within ten business days of the return.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving delivery to [email protected]
- An RMA number must be provided before returning an item
- Once an return is authorized it must be returned within 10 business days of the return authorization
- Customer is responsible for packing return properly
- Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received (if a returned item is damaged during shipping the return may be denied)
